MEET ADRIAN PANNOZZO
Adrian retired early after 21 years in policing, leveraging his success in real estate investing to achieve long-term financial independence. Now a full-time investor and entrepreneur, he has built a substantial portfolio of more than 90 properties comprising over 600 units in less than a decade.
As the founder of Generational Wealth Inc., Adrian leads the firm’s capital-raising efforts through strategic joint ventures focused on the acquisition and development of investment properties across Ontario. His vertically integrated platform is supported by in-house companies, including Investor’s Edge Construction Management, which provides construction and redevelopment oversight, and Rise Property Solutions, a full-service boutique property management firm.
In recent years, Adrian has expanded his focus to larger-scale multifamily and ground-up development projects, applying disciplined investment strategies and operational expertise to deliver sustainable, long-term value. His work supports both investor objectives and community enhancement through thoughtfully executed developments.
With a continued emphasis on multifamily development, Adrian is recognized as a driving force in the advancement of professional real estate investing throughout Ontario.

MEET VANESSA PANNOZZO
Vanessa Pannozzo is the Director of Operations at Generational Wealth Inc., a family-owned real estate investment and development firm operating across the GTA, Hamilton, Barrie, Niagara, and surrounding Ontario markets.
Vanessa leads the firm’s acquisitions and deal-sourcing efforts, overseeing both on- and off-market opportunities. She manages the company’s deal-flow engine, actively sourcing, and evaluating multi-residential and development opportunities for Generational Wealth and its investment partners.
Vanessa plays a hands-on role across the commercial real estate and sales divisions. She oversees the commercial brokerage team, fronts investor conversations, sets up and leads investor meetings, and connects capital partners with the right properties and strategies. She works closely with investors from first introduction through deal alignment, ensuring clarity, fit, and execution.
At a high level, Vanessa oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, with direct involvement across acquisitions, sales, construction coordination, and asset oversight. Her role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationships — ensuring the company continues to scale responsibly while helping investors build long-term, generational wealth through real estate.

MEET HELEN KESER - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Helen is a real estate professional at Generational Wealth who works closely with Vanessa and Adrian to support both operations and client execution. She plays a key role in overseeing workflows and ensuring alignment across teams while helping drive day-to-day efficiency.
She guides clients through residential sales, income property acquisitions, and renovation strategies for investment growth. With a background managing luxury brands such as DIOR and HERMÈS, Helen brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach and is committed to delivering personalized service to both new and experienced investors.

Alysia is a Property Manager at Rise Property Solutions, where she oversees tenant relations and day-to-day property operations across the portfolio. She works closely with internal teams to ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
With over 14 years of industry experience, Alysia brings a strong, solution-focused approach to communication, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution. Her commitment to organization and service excellence supports positive tenant experiences and long-term asset performance.

Damian is the Project Manager at Investor’s Edge Construction Management, the in-house construction arm of Generational Wealth. He works closely with internal teams and contractors to oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure operational efficiency across active developments.
With strong expertise in coordination, contractor management, and scheduling, Damian ensures projects remain on timeline and meet established quality standards. His detail-oriented approach and results-driven mindset support consistent delivery and long-term project success.

Hiya is a Junior Bookkeeper at Rise Property Solutions, where she supports day-to-day financial operations across the property management portfolio. She is responsible for accounts payable and full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
With an MBA in Finance and Accounting, Hiya combines strong academic training with practical experience to support efficient financial operations and reporting.
MEET KASRA SHIVRANI - LEASING MANAGER
Kasra is the Leasing Manager at Rise Property Solutions, the in-house property management company of Generational Wealth. He oversees day-to-day leasing operations, working closely with internal teams to support portfolio performance and tenant placement.
From tenant acquisition and marketing to lease negotiations, Kasra ensures a streamlined and professional leasing process. His focus on service quality and operational consistency helps drive strong occupancy rates and long-term asset performance.
