MEET ADRIAN PANNOZZO
Adrian retired early after 21 years in policing, thanks to his success in real estate investing. Now a full-time investor and entrepreneur, he has built an impressive portfolio of 90 properties (600+ units) in under a decade.
As the founder of Generational Wealth Inc., Adrian raises capital through joint ventures to acquire investment properties. He also owns Investors Edge Construction Management, a high-end property management company in Hamilton, and has recently expanded into larger multifamily developments, driving both community growth and long-term wealth creation.
His latest focus on ground-up multifamily developments cements his role as a leading force in shaping the future of real estate investing in Ontario.
